Mental & Emotional Health

Individual support when emotional wellbeing is affecting everyday life

Stress, worry, low mood or emotional upheaval can affect many areas of life — including sleep, energy, digestion, relationships and how well we feel able to cope day to day.

My approach is to consider emotional and physical wellbeing together, taking time to understand your individual experience rather than focusing on a label alone.

Reasons people may seek support

  • Stress or feeling overwhelmed
  • Anxiety or persistent worry
  • Low mood or depression, lack of motivation
  • Grief, loss or significant life changes
  • Sleep difficulties associated with stress
  • Emotional changes around periods, pregnancy, perimenopause or menopause
  • Physical symptoms that seem to become worse during stressful periods

A whole-person homeopathic approach

Homeopathy has been at the heart of my practice for 9 years and is highly individualised. A consultation explores not only how you are feeling emotionally, but also areas such as sleep, energy, physical symptoms, health history and the circumstances surrounding your concerns.

Two people describing the same emotion may experience it in very different ways, which is why the consultation is centred around you as an individual.

Nutrition and the wider picture

I am also a qualified Nutritionist, having qualified with Distinction. Where relevant, we can consider nutrition and lifestyle factors alongside your wider health, including eating patterns, nutrient intake, sleep and stress.

Functional testing or nutritional supplements are considered only where there is a clear reason for them and where they are relevant to the individual.

Homeopathy for Mental & Emotional Health

A particular strength of homeopathy is helping us with our mental and emotional health, enabling us to perceive things differently, increasing confidence and resilience, and ability to cope with life and thrive.

Your consultation

Consultations are available in Wimbledon and Sutton, as well as online. Your first consultation gives us time to understand what has been happening and the wider factors that may be relevant to you.
