A detailed consultation exploring your overall symptom picture so homeopathic medicines can be selected individually for you. Prescribed tablets are included.

Functional Nutrition

A functional-medicine approach looking for factors contributing to your symptoms, reviewing your food diary and creating personalised recommendations.

Integrated Support

Homeopathy and nutrition together provide a multi-faceted integrated approach supporting both the whole-person symptom picture and the body’s biochemical needs.

Appointments take place by secure video link or in clinic. Payment is required in advance. Testing and nutritional supplements are additional unless stated.

Anxiety Depression Package

This is where we tackle your day to day emotions and how you are feeling. Homeopathy is good at helping us to shift these negative overwhelming states moving us back to a place where we can cope better to deal with the stresses of life, and feel ourselves again.

Immune Support Package

This is a focussed approach for those suffering from an issues like allergies, hay fever or feeling run down with frequent flus, or just wanting to focus on building immunity and strengthening resistance. Allergy testing can be done where helpful.

For digestive symptoms and ongoing gut-health concerns, such as IBS, constipation, bloating, acid reflux with an individualised homeopathic approach. Functional testing could also be helpful where appropriate/desired.

Integrated Homeopathy & Functional Nutrition

For those who would like to combine individual Homeopathic care with a more detailed Functional Nutrition approach, including nutritional assessment and functional testing where appropriate. I look at your Food Diary and create an individualised plan for you with supplement recommendations designed specifically to support your symptoms. The plan is realistic and works around your lifestyle, commitments and goals. Homeopathic treatment supports you as a whole person, addressing body, mind and spirit as well as your specific symptoms. Together, the combination is powerful.

Testing is recommended individually and only where it is likely to provide useful information for your circumstances. Each package includes the test and professional support to help us understand and act on the findings.
