Clear answers about homeopathy, functional nutrition and consultations

Homeopathy is an individualised system of medicine in which remedies are selected to match the person’s overall symptom picture. It has been used around the world for nearly two hundred years and follows the principle of “like cures like”.

Functional medicine is a personalised approach that looks beyond individual symptoms to explore underlying contributing factors. It considers how digestion, hormones, blood sugar, inflammation, nutrient status, detoxification and the stress response interact.

Your health history, diet, food diary, lifestyle and symptoms help identify areas that may benefit from nutritional and lifestyle support. Where appropriate, testing can provide additional insight.

I take time to understand your symptoms, health history, work, lifestyle, personality and relevant stressors. For homeopathy, remedies are individually selected. For nutrition, I review your food diary and create a plan targeted to your needs; testing and supplements may be recommended where relevant.

People consult for a wide range of concerns, including digestive, hormonal, skin, urinary, respiratory, sleep and inflammatory and stress-related symptoms. Women’s health concerns may include difficult periods, PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, perimenopause and menopause. Recommendations are always individualised. Most issues can be helped as we tackle the underlying drivers of your symptoms

Homeopathy and Functional nutrition focus on the whole person, root causes  and on supporting the foundations of health to resolve symptoms. Conventional healthcare looks to reduce symptoms, which can return if the root causes are not targeted.
